Our ongoing purchases of advanced E-beam writers are an example of our commitment to capital investment on behalf of our  customers. TCE has already invested in two dvanced E-beam writers, each worth US$12 million. By the end of 2002, TCE and parent company Toppan will have a total of 11 E-beam writers, and in 2003 will add four additional writers, for a total of 15.

       The goal of these large capital investments is simple. We wish to further boos our production capacity, reduce production cycle time, meet the requirements of tomorrow’s semiconductor manufacturing, while lowering the investment our customers must make in photomasks.
